For local businesses · Malta & Gozo

The boring work in your business can do itself.

Missed calls, reminders, invoices, stock orders. I set up small systems that handle them for you, built around the tools you've already got.

  • Free chat
  • Fixed quote first
  • No tie ins

Based in Mellieħa. I work across Malta and Gozo, and I come to you. Rather talk? Ring me on 9951 1425.

Works with what you already use

You keep the apps you've got. Automatic messages go out from a second number in your name, so your own WhatsApp stays untouched. Anything extra a job needs is named in the quote.

Working together

What happens after you message.

1
Free · no rush

We talk.

A WhatsApp chat or a coffee. You tell me the job you hate doing every week.

2
A day or two

You get a fixed quote.

What it will do and what it costs, in one number. Nothing starts until you say go.

3
1 to 2 weeks

I build it and show you.

Built around how you already work. You see it first and change what you like.

4
Every day after

It runs.

The first week of fixes is free. Then €80 a month, or €30 an hour when you need me.

Start with step one Free, no pitch, and we take as long as you need.

Your data stays yours, in writing.

Your customers' details stay in accounts in your name. Before I start, we both sign a GDPR processing agreement that says what I can and can't do with them. When we stop working together, I hand back or delete anything I hold and remove my access.

About

The person you message is the person who builds it.

Riccardo Tedesco

I've lived in Malta all my life and I'm based in Mellieħa. Before this I spent five years training as a commercial pilot, which is where I picked up a systematic way of working.

I took that into every job since: restaurant floors as a waiter, a warehouse, a hospital IT desk, and an office that got through hundreds of documents a day. I kept noticing the same thing everywhere, people giving up their day to jobs a small setup could handle, and it drove me to build things that took the job off their hands.

That's where this came from. I enjoy the puzzle of it, and I'm just as interested in the people it's for. Some days that's the bigger half of it.

It's just me, so I learn how your business actually runs and build around it. I'll come to your shop, salon or garage to see how the job's done now. You see the work before it goes live, and the price is fixed before anything starts.

If your problem doesn't need automation, I'll tell you. Talking you out of a bad idea is part of the job.

Fair questions

You're probably thinking…

“How much does it cost?
One fixed price for the build, in writing, before anything starts. What it costs to build depends on the job, so there's no list price for that, but the first chat is free and saying no costs you nothing. If a job needs something that runs every month, like a second number for texts, the quote lists that too, and you pay it straight to the provider, never through me. For the first week after it goes live, fixes are free. After that you choose: €80 a month cover, and I fix what I built when it stops working, including when an app it connects to changes something on its side, or €30 an hour, only when you need me. If a change needs part of it rebuilt, or you'd like something new, you get a quote first. No tie ins, and no VAT on top, because I'm registered under Article 11.
“Is it worth it for a place my size?
Only if it gives you back more than it costs, and that's what the first chat is for. We pick one job in your week and work out how long it takes you now, and the fixed quote shows what it would cost to build and run. If the sums don't work, I'll say so. If they do, start with that one job and see it pay its way before you add another.
“I already use a booking app. Do I still need this?
Maybe not for everything. If your booking app already sends reminders or fills cancellations from a waiting list, keep using it for that, and I'll tell you so in the first chat instead of building it twice. Some booking apps don't let anything else read their diary, so I'll say up front what can connect and what can't, and build only the jobs your app doesn't already do.
“What if it breaks?
Every build sends an alert the moment a step fails. On the €80 a month cover, it comes to me: I reply the same working day, start on the fix by the next, and fixing what I built costs nothing extra. Paying as you go, it comes to you, and I fix it at €30 an hour once you say go. If someone else changed the setup and that broke it, putting it right is charged by the hour either way. Neither one ties you in.
“What happens if you're ill, away, or stop doing this?
It keeps running. It's built in accounts in your name, not mine, so nothing stops when I'm on holiday. When it goes live, you get the logins and a short written note of what each part does and where it lives, so if I ever stopped, someone else could look after it.
“Do I need a second phone or a new number?
No second phone. Automatic messages go out from a separate business number, set up in your name, so your own WhatsApp and your own chats aren't touched. When a customer replies, it comes to your phone and you answer it there, and if that means a new app, the quote says so and I show you it before anything goes live. For missed calls, your line passes the calls you don't answer to a second number, and the caller gets a text under your business name saying you'll ring them back. Any monthly cost for either number is in the quote.
“Will my customers know it's automatic?
The fixed messages, like a reminder or a missed call text, go out exactly as you approved them, written the way you'd say it. If a job needs replies written on the spot, AI can do that, and its first message says it's automatic, as EU law has required since August 2026. Anything it can't handle comes straight to you, and anything personal still comes from you.
“Is my customer data safe?
It's set up to hold as little as possible. Each system keeps only what its job needs, it runs in accounts in your name, and we sign a GDPR processing agreement before I start, so what I can and can't do with your data is in writing. If your data mustn't leave the building, the automation itself can run on a computer in your shop, though anything that sends a text or an email still goes through that service.
“I'm not good with computers.
That's exactly who this is for. The system does its job in the background, and the little you do yourself, like ticking an invoice paid, is on your phone. If your bookings live in a paper book, I'll tell you in the first chat what would need to move onto your phone, and show you how, before you decide anything. If something needs you, it comes to your phone as a message.
